Website cookies and browser storage

Browser storage used for language, private ticket access and staff sign-in.

Private support access

When you open Help & Support, the website sets a cookie named with the prefix ks_support_session_. It contains a random session identifier and lasts up to 30 days. It helps show tickets submitted or recovered in that browser. It is restricted to secure connections and is not readable by page JavaScript. It is not your app login.

Language and staff sign-in

The language system may set a pll_language cookie to remember the selected language. WordPress also uses cookies for authorized staff sign-in and login checks. The exact expiry of an individual cookie can be viewed in your browser settings.

Forms and other storage

Temporary security tokens and submission limits are stored on the website server. They protect forms against expired or repeated submissions. Ticket history is stored privately on the server, rather than being held only in browser storage.

External services

The current website build does not embed third-party advertising or analytics scripts. Clicking WhatsApp or social links opens a separate service, which may use its own cookies and privacy settings.

Your browser controls

You can inspect, block or remove cookies through your browser settings. Blocking the support session cookie prevents reliable access to your private tickets. Keep your ticket ID and access key if you want to recover a ticket in another browser. Clearing cookies does not erase messages already submitted to the team. On a shared device, close the browser and clear this site’s data when finished.

For questions or requests concerning submitted information, contact the Kariakoo Sokoni team on +255 680 331 426 or WhatsApp. This notice describes the website, not every storage mechanism used by the separate mobile app.
